Unions have declared a train strike which will affect Tuscany from 9 pm on Thursday, June 23 to 9 pm Friday, June 24. Only trains guaranteeing commuter service on both days scheduled between 6 am and 9 am and again from 6 to 9 pm on Thursday will be running in addition to sporadic trains every two hours on the following lines: Firenze – Pisa, Firenze – Valdarno – Arezzo, Firenze – Borgo San Lorenzo, Pisa – La Spezia, Firenze – Pistoia – Viareggio e Empoli – Siena.
